Columbia Valley, WA- Nice and earthy with hints of cherry fruit running through it, notes of truffle and mushrooms, very Bordeaux-ish, nice finish. Pairs well with Veal Picata, or simply grilled Wild Salmon with a fresh fruit seasonal salsa.
